Shipping

Within the U.S., we offer economy and expedited shipping options including USPS Ground Advantage, Fedex 2Day and UPS Next Day Air.

Economy shipping (via USPS Ground Advantage) is free for orders over $150 in the U.S.

Outside of the U.S., we currently ship via Fedex International.

We currently ship anywhere in the U.S. as well as internationally to Canada, Mexico, the U.K., the European Union, Australia and New Zealand. For international shipping, we ship DDP (delivery duties paid).

Free shipping is currently only available within the U.S.

Orders received by noon ET will usually ship out the same day. Orders received after noon ET will usually ship out the following day. Any order received over the weekend or on a federal holiday will usually ship out the next business day.

Within the U.S., economy shipping via USPS can take up to 5-8 days depending on your location and Fedex 2Day generally takes up to 2 days. Tracking information will be provided to you in your shipping confirmation email.

International shipments may take longer depending on your location and local customs processing. Please refer to the tracking information provided for international shipping times.

Shipping times can vary based on a number factors including seasonal demand.

All international orders are shipped delivery duties paid (DDP). Any fees for customs, duties and taxes are included automatically and are either in the product price already or are added at checkout depending on your home country.

Previously, duties and tax were only calculated at checkout and included in the cost of shipping. Going forward, you will see a separate line at checkout for any duties and tax, and shipping will reflect the cost of shipping only. For customers in the UK, EU and Australia, VAT/GST is now included in the price of the product.

Returns and exchanges

Visit our returns portal here, via the link in the bottom navigation bar, or in your original order confirmation email.  Enter your order number and follow the instructions to select the items you want to return. Once your request is complete, you will get a confirmation email with a shipping label. You may affix the label to the original box or mailer or you can use your own packaging. If a product is listed as a final sale item, it is not returnable.

We currently only offer free returns and exchanges in the U.S. Outside of the U.S., returns are available with a fee to cover the cost of return shipping and handling. We are unable to offer international exchanges.

Within the U.S., all eligible returns and exchanges are free.

In our international markets, you are able to return an item subject to the cost of shipping and handling the return. We are currently unable to offer exchanges in our international markets.

All orders are sent without printed invoices. You may select to include a gift receipt with your order on the cart page (prior to checkout). If you select to include a gift receipt, the order details for a return or exchange will be included on the gift receipt in addition to your confirmation email. If you received a gift and no longer have the gift receipt, please reach out to us at customerservice@sigruntennis.com and we will help process the return for you.

Any eligible item within 30 days from the date of purchase that is in unused and undamaged condition with the original packaging tags intact may be returned. Items marked as final sale are not returnable.

If the purchased product is faulty, please follow the return and exchange process mentioned above to have a new product sent to you!

We allow the exchange of eligible purchased items for different sizes or colors. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. Items marked as final sale can not be exchanged.

We process all exchanges once your return is processed at the drop off point (i.e., when you ship it). If the exchange is processed before noon ET, items will be shipped that day. All exchanged items are shipped via standard shipping in 3-4 days. Tracking information for your exchanged items will be sent via your exchange order email.

We offer both refunds to the original payment method and store credit. Store credit is issued as soon as the returned items are shipped. Refunds are issued once the returned items are processed at our warehouse facilities.

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

We process refunds once items are received and inspected by our warehouse facility. Please allow up to 5 business days once our facility receives it to process the refund.

For returns receiving store credit, we issue the store credit when you drop off the return at the access point (i.e., when you ship the returned items).

For additional details on how quickly you may get a refund, store credit or exchange, please refer to the email received after placing your return request.

Payments

Select your payment method as Shop Pay or Klarna at checkout to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments every 2 weeks. There are no interest or fees when you pay on time. The estimated payment amounts shown on our product and cart pages exclude taxes and shipping.

Shop Pay payment rates are from 0%-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments, are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers https://www.affirm.com/licenses.

For Klarna, CA resident loans are made or arranged pursuant to a California Financing Law license.
