Product Care

See below for information on caring for your tennis clothing. For more information, refer to the care labels on the specific garment or reach out to customer service.

regenerated nylon yarn

Caring for synthetics

Machine wash cold with like colors. To dry, we recommend hang drying or laying flat any of our nylon-based garments. For any of our polyester fabrics, we suggest machine drying on low heat.

Please use microfiber filtering wash bags to prevent microplastics from entering the water supply. Washing on cold with gentle spin cycles and air-drying also helps prevent the release of microfibers.

cotton

Caring for cotton

Machine wash cold with like colors. To dry, we recommend hang drying or laying flat to dry. If you prefer machine drying, we suggest using low heat. Cotton may shrink up to 5% when machine drying.

Polo care tips

When washing and drying, button the placket, flip up the collar and turn the polo inside out. We recommend folding your polos to avoid stretching the shape and fabric.

Match Tee #color_white

Caring for tennis whites

Follow these tips to keep your tennis whites white and crisp. We all hate the dingy look, especially on a bright grass tennis court.

The basics

  • Wash whites separately and don't overload the washer
  • Don't use too much detergent (consider one with optical whiteners)
  • Avoid fabric softeners
  • Hang dry clothes outside if available or inside (use low temp if machine drying)

If you need more whitening power

  • Rinse with 1 cup distilled white vinegar
  • Add 1/2 cup of borax or 1 cup of baking soda to each load to boost washing performance if needed
  • Use oxygen-based bleach instead of chlorine to treat stains and pre-soak in a bath of hot water with oxygen-based bleach for at least an hour to brighten dingy whites
